Jason’s experience in kickboxing makes him impact confident, techniques and knowledge into you, making you reach immediate short term results. However, you can carry forward into the future.
Jason Orchard is a former amateur boxer and has been working as a personal trainer for 12 years now. He is also the 2nd Dan Black Belt Kickboxing, and boxing has been a boxing coach in Martial arts. Having worked with many professionals in the field, as well the White Collar Boxing for the past 8 years, he knows what it takes to take you through the fitness and boxing journey.
He is presently organizing the prime White Collar Boxing event in the new Cardiff City football stadium. Are you interested in boxing and hopes to get to the competitive level? Then, Jason is for you. Guess what? Jason, as a personal trainer is also for all who wishes to train, get the skills, look fit and be conditioned.
Each session lasts for an hour and varies from other sessions. To get in shape while releasing energy, hitting a punching bag isn’t a bad idea. White collar boxing isn’t for anyone strictly, as such, young, old, male and female can participate. It’s a great way to get fit while learning. Jason knows the boxing thingy too well and will teach you new skills and self-defense.
Kickboxing and Boxing are known for proper body workouts, and Jason’s expertise will challenge you to get up and achieve more. After showing you and making you master a few skills, you can improve and achieve exploits. During your session, your heart will be monitored and kept under check; you’ll be motivated to do more.
